Our experience with Fredia Helbert and Nancy Wampler at Mountain Empire Hearing and Balance has been wonderful. We came to them at a difficult time with our son and were treated with kindness and understanding. They were always available if I had questions. My husband and I had been to another audiologist and the first time I spoke with Fredia on the phone I knew she was the one I wanted to treat our son. During the process I feel that not only did we receive the best possible care for him, we found true friendships. Fredia and her staff were always so helpful and I know they are passionate about what they do. We encountered a true blessing during our process and discovered our son’s hearing loss was only minor in one ear and had completely disappeared in the other. We know that God stepped in and took care of the problem. Fredia and her staff continue to monitor our son’s speech and hearing and we feel truly blessed to have crossed paths with this wonderful group of people..Thank you for all you do for our community and most of all for how you have treated our son!!

I have always been pleased with every interaction I’ve had with Mountain Empire Hearing. I recently was having some issues with my hearing aids and they immediately worked me on the same day and sent them off and gave me a pair to wear until mine were returned which was within a week. I was then worked in to come back and the company had sent me a new pair. Dr. Helbert synced them to my iPhone and I was in the office a total of 10 minutes. Every time I have been in the office, the entire staff have been very professional, knowledgeable and friendly with no wait time. I would highly recommend them.
