Fredia and her staff are wonderful people to deal with . Over a span of 30+ years of wearing Hearing Aids , I have found that Fredia is the absolute best in the Business. Over my years of having problems with Hearing Devices, I have never been turned away from a walk in visit with device problems. She has always helped me out with my problems. If the Devices had to be returned to the Factory , I would always have access to a loaner Hearing Aid. If Quality and Expertise is required, Mountain Empire Hearing is the place to visit!!!!!!

Our experience with Fredia Helbert and Nancy Wampler at Mountain Empire Hearing and Balance has been wonderful. We came to them at a difficult time with our son and were treated with kindness and understanding. They were always available if I had questions. My husband and I had been to another audiologist and the first time I spoke with Fredia on the phone I knew she was the one I wanted to treat our son.
